Specifically, my circa 1915 Rolex "officer's trench watch" is engraved "Rolex Extra Prima 18 Jewels" on the movement, and I'd like to find any available published information about servicing it. The case number is 609204.

Movement: A top quality 15 Jewel movement by A. Michel SA with beautiful curved lines to the plates which have nice engine turning finish. Makers Marks: The top plate is marked SWISS MADE with the A. Michel (M) logo below and the A. .The trench watch (wristlet) is a type of watch that came into use by the military during World War I, as pocket watches were not practical in combat. It was a transitional design between pocket watches and wristwatches , incorporating features of both. Definitely not a Rolex, not a Rebberg / Alpine / Guren / cortebert movement that Rolex before ww2 would use. It should be a FHF or AS movement, which is very common for this type of “trench watch”.
